A Real Shot in the Arm!

The flu vaccine offers the best protection from the flu, and is highly recommended, especially for children, the elderly, and those with weak or compromised immune systems, but if you choose not to take a shot in the arm, there are some options. The flu mist or nasal vaccine may benefit some, but it is more costly than the shot and cannot be taken by everyone. There are also medications that may provide some relief if taken at the onset of symptoms. While these measures offer protection, none will treat or prevent all types of the flu virus, so it is still a good idea to take additional preventive measures. Watkins Rezist Plus with ImmunEnhancer contains ingredients that have been shown to boost the immune system and help to protect from these seasonal discomforts.* Taken daily, it may keep you from getting Saturday Night Fever, or a fever on any other night, for that matter.
